David had his first taste of commercial property in South West London before moving on to work in retail and leisure agency for numerous high profile property consultants. 

A move to New York beckoned and David seized this opportunity to learn everything he could about the hectic yet exciting New York commercial property market. Eventually, he became the owner/broker of his own successful agency working with some of the City’s most prestigious clients’ including Google, Citibank, Guastavinos and UBS.

On his return to London, David worked at Director level with commercial property consultants; Chesterton Global Ltd followed by Brecker Grossmith as the Head of Agency where David worked on the landlord side leasing space on substantial retail and office portfolios. This included over 100,000 sq. ft. in London’s West End and The City of London. In addition, David was appointed real estate advisor to DeMatteo Monness LLC a US institutional investment research firm to advise their clients on the retail and investment markets in London and the UK.

Over the years, David has established a reputation for “getting the deal done” and has a real understanding of his clients’ aspirations along with delivering great customer service. David speaks fluent Italian, Spanish and French.

CHRIS TILLEY

BSc MRICS

Chris graduated with a first class degree in History from Kings College, London. Property beckoned, so Chris decided to further his education and went on to study real estate. His hard work paid off and he gained a RICS accredited MSc in International Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural College.

With a desire to take his knowledge overseas, Chris relocated to Hong Kong. He worked with the leading agency; Savills and gained experience helping international retailers relocating to the city find space. He also assisted them in establishing their brands in a highly competitive market.

Chris returned to London with extensive knowledge of the Asian market. He settled with a leading London retail agency in the West End, where he quickly developed key relationships with clients and landlords and specialised in retail and commercial valuations.
