Agency

We will devise an effective marketing strategy and promote your space through our networks of contacts amongst retailers and agents, to help you secure the right tenants at the optimum rent. We advise tenants on the possibility of subleasing all or part of their premises and can advise on the relative benefits of subleasing and assigning leases.
